I would like to thank Joanne for the time she has given me and the help with her life coaching skills.
Her method of coaching is very effective and I was amazed how the techniques Joanne uses worked so quickly for me!
I have had problems with weight for over 5 years now and struggled to keep focused and not to "comfort" eat if stressed Joanne has helped me with this and her "anchor" method has proved very positive for me.
Also the same with my anxiety and inability to get out of my house,a simple walk to my local shops has been vrrtually impossible for 10 years but again going through a series of coping methods that Joanne went through with me meant that I was able to walk with a friend and a family member to my shops!
Joanne is very patient,has great communication skills and empathy.
she has a very good insight into peoples feelings and builds up trust well.
It has been such a pleasure meeting Joanne and I truly believe she has found her vocation in life!

Thank-you sooooo much for your time and patience. You helped me to look at things differently. Like having me as xxxx look in the window from outside and see xxxx. Then having me talk with my husband. I really have enjoyed conversing back and forth with you.
As I stated before I thought I had the right tools and then after talking to you and some other supportive people I realized I didn't yet. This has been a big dream of mine and I was sooooo hopeful that I could do this.
In time, when Spirit guides me I will be brought there. God truly does work in mysterious ways and all things happen just as they should.

The coaching I received went very well. I found it helped me through my coursework. It helped me to see the things I do well. I also was able to see that others on my course also were nervous sometimes when doing presentations. I would do coaching again in the future.

I would like to feedback on my coaching experience with you.
It was an absolute pleasure to have undertaken the coaching and I feel it has taught me a lot. From the first session when we identified areas i could improve upon within my life to the last session where we identified together that I had actually met my goals, you have been patient and explained every step of the process. You have given me the tools to address certain issues in particular which were a cause for concern for me and heighten my self awareness. In doing this I feel much happier and more positive in myself and my achievements to date and feel confident that I can continue to practise the methods you taught me.

My feedback from our coaching sessions.
Session one
I was very nervous at the start of our first session, this was due to me not knowing what was going to come from the session. However, I felt that you went from being a friend straight into a professional coach that ensure that I was relaxed and you took the time to explain the process of our sessions and explained the confidential contract that I signed, this helped me to open up to you with regards to my studies.
Session 2
I recorded you on my mobile phone again you took the time to explain how long you was going to be with me and your body language was very open which helped me to engaged with you and as I opened up and thoughts came rushing in my mind I grabbed a pen and paper as i wanted to take notes, however, this was advised by yourself for me not too do it. however, on session 3 this was discussed and session 3 was wonderful.
Session 3
I had to get up early as we had a big drive ahead of us, I felt so low. once we arrived I was welcomed by Louise and you delivered a fantastic presentation! we then went into our coach session and I could see the BIG change and how you came across, you was more confident and was able to help me to anchor and taught me from beginning to end which as enabled me to pick my books up and get my law essay done and now am on to my second essay thanks to your wonderful work :-)
